Latest install does not work

Web version 5.09.19 will not install for me. It gets so far then says 'rolling back' and finally 'install not completed.

What is worse is that when I now try to compile I get the message 'Error AVRCo.exe not found'

I have tried several things including running the update stand-alone. Nothing seems to work.

I have a nasty feeling it is my anti-virus to blame. I tried downloading the full version and got the same result. I am on Win10/64. I would be interested to know if anyone has successfully downloaded. At the moment I am stuck.

tried now on a 10/64 ==>
no problems here

btw:
the installation stores a SetUp-xxx.log in the AVRco folder (if possible)
