New IDE Beta comments

I had a quick look at the new IDE.

It looks good - I particularly like the code folding and the VB style separation of functions makes things very clear.

The only thing is I would like to be able to turn the beautifier off and I can't see a way of doing that.

Hi Merlin,
Thanks.
What you mean with "beautifier" ? Not the beautifier on CRLD-D

The color scheme from source ? In next update you can define your colors.

Hi Miparo.

I did not do anything to invoke the beautifier. Maybe it is just the formatter. The most obvious thing for me is capitalisation. Key words all start with a capital, which happens to be the exact opposite of my standards, so I kind of assumed that the beautifier was involved. But it was an assumption on my part because I do format pretty well (even if I do say so myself...) so there were no other obvious changes.

beautifier and formatter are two different things

Hello Merlin,

sorry. The internal lexical analyser which also does the coloring of keywords etc
makes this upcases. In some of the next versions this will be selectable by the
PED setup.

Hallo,
