Every USB driver running on any Windows10 must be certified by Microsoft

This is very difficult and not cheap.
We got our drivers including certification from:
http://www.thesycon.de/eng/usbio.shtml
They also provide the necessary user part in source for Delphi and C
to include it into your PC application.
