do you have here written their own drivers or what e-lab used? Among the descriptions or demos of e-lab I have found nothing even in the forum

Take a look at "FlashIO.pas" in FileFlash demo folder. I had to change it to better suite my needs but it basically works out of the box with AT45DB161D that I have used. In your case you would probably need to adjust at least GetDeviceDensity() function since at the time of writing 64Mbit version didn't exist. Hopefully protocol hasn't changed more then that.

hello,
unfortunately I'm only now.
This was my thought, but the demo is designed for a atmege. I'm still not gotten it to rewrite xmage.
