do you have the Windows sounds active ?
(do you hear this "Ding-Dong" when dis-/connecting the programmer?)
A weak point are the USB connectors at the programmers.
Typical indications are several "Ding-Dongs" when moving the attached
cable at the programmer side slightly up and down.
This can be the reason for a "works sometimes" problem.
I assume you tried already another cable?

Hello Gunter,

yes, there is ding-dong and I changed cable.

But, it happened something strange. All at once, system recognizes ISP and I can compile - at least one or two times - then I must do disconnect/connect story.

It is annoying but at least I can compile... :D

Hi Andrej,

I assume a problem with your PC/Win/USB/USB-Hub(?).
Hope you can work until your coworker is back.
You should swap both programmers for a day or so.
