Hallo Mathias,

hast du den Reset des LCDs echt hart an +3.3V angeschlossen? Das dürfte das Problem sein. Entweder ein R gegen + und ein C gegen GND, oder mit einem Port schalten. In meiner Schaltung hängt glaub ich B,0 am Reset.
