Thanks for the info. I changed the PED to run as administrator (I did not change compatibility mode) and now everything seems to work.

@Miparo

Now I can usefully run the PED I will try to use it as my main editor and report back.

When you Ctrl-Mouse-Click you go to the definition, as expected and the back button (blue left arrow) illuminates and works. However after clicking the back button, the forward button (blue right arrow) does not illuminate as in the main PED (and obviously does not work since it is not enabled).

Wenn ich nun noch aus der neuen IDE den "LCD character set Editor" und den "curve editor" aufrufen könnte .... ;) :) (btw "modBus Tester" geht auch nicht, brauch ich aber auch nicht)

1. ) bei mir trat immer ein 'dublicate tap position' Fehler auf. Nach dem Löschen der PED32.ini alles wieder OK.

2.) Kann kein Netzlaufwerk bei UnitPfad öffnen.

3.) Die Entf Taste funktioniert nicht.

4.) Kein Highlighting in Include-Dateien

5.) Sprünge mit Strg + Mausklick von der Main-Datei in eine Include-Datei hinein funktioniert nicht.

6.) Manchmal Probleme mit Netzlaufwerken

Although Backspace (delete backwards) works, Delete (delete forwards) does not.

Also cursor past end of line does not work - it goes to next line. I don't think anyone would prefer this action. I find it annoying.

Ja, genau das gleiche Problem habe ich aktuell bei der neuen IDE.
