I suggest that free AvrCo should upgrade to version 6 at some point in the near future. I know that Rolf has been conservative with version numbering, but this should be an justified exception to ease future reference as many things have been changed.

This is now resolved and the full update should update the PED successfully.
@Frank - I know you uninstalled the old version and installed the new. This will have disabled the updating function in the PED. The attached utility will re-establish the updating facility. This will need to be 'run as administrator' to work.

Hello Merlin, I made a little tool to relieve you of a bit of work.
So you don't need to pass on FTP access data to someone else to do this work.
I think you have a Delphi version installed, so I'll give you the project and you can enter your own FTP data.
Or I'll make an ini file with in where you can enter the access data yourself.
After Connect, all files that are important for a version number are loaded and a copy is saved in the program directory.
Then you can change the version number and upload each individual file.
PS: I look in the file to find the version number faster. I'll go through everything again tomorrow and then you'll get the project.

So brauchst du keine FTP Zugangsdaten weiter geben das jemand anders diese Arbeit macht.
Ich denke du hast auch eine Delphi Version Installiert daher gebe ich dir das Projekt und du kannst deine eigenen FTP Daten eintragen.
Oder ich mache noch eine ini Datei mit rein wo du selber die Zugangsdaten eintragen kannst.
Nach Connect werden alle Datein die für eine Versions Nummer wichtig sind geladen und eine Copy im Programm Verzeichnis gespeichert.
Danach kannst du die Versions Nummer ändern und jede einzelne Datei hoch laden.
PS: Ich suche in der Datei das ich schneller die Versions Nummer finde. Ich gehe morgen noch einmal alles durch und dann bekommst das Projekt.
