you can trim the RTC with "adjust" nearly to 1msec. But this internal R/C OSC
is somewhat influenced by voltage and temperature. So it can be so precise
and sufficient for most Systick purposes. And this is also true for the other
internal R/C osc. For a very precise timing you always need an external XTAL.
