Mein Account läuft bis zum 04.06.2011. trotzdem kann ich kein Update downloaden, da Zugriff verweigert.

Hallo Frank,

schicke einfach eine E-Mail an KH [at] e-lab.de und gib unbedingt
exakt an, auf welchen Namen der Compiler registriert ist.

I have the same problem to. Mine expires 30.06.2011, but i cannot get updates also.
However my problem was there, then gone (for a day or two) then came back.

Maybe is there a server problem ?

I will mail Karen again, just in case.
