More Issues with PED

Hi Rolf.

I have more problems with the PED. I tried to create a new project. Although a blank project was physically created it did not appear on any project page and the wizzard did not appear.

I did find a work-around. I 'imported' the project. Again, many buttons were in German.

all these problems appeared when I switched from Delphi6 to Delphi2007. I try to fix them step by step.
