Hi,

What exactly is the EnableInts($87); doing?
What is the purpose of the $87?
It seams to be used in a lot of XMega examples.

Hello Neil,

did you read the compiler manual?
Quote
With the XMegas this function is extended with a parameter which defines the enabled/disabled Interrupt levels. This value then is written into the PMIC Control register. The standard value is $87 = all levels are enabled.
Procedure EnableInts(level : byte);

Rolf,
I looked in the Standard Manual and the Prof Manual.
I guess it must have been in another manual?
I also tried the online help.
Neil.

Hello Neil,

sorry, such basic operations/functions are in the "Compiler Manual"
