Rolf,
In the release notes for 5.04.67, you mention there are errors in some Atmel datasheets. Could you enumerate these and which chips are affected?

Hi,

Problem is the flash-Pagesize of some XMega128. The datasheets are incorrect
and ended in some wrong DSC files. So the flash programming of these chips failed.
The concerned DSCs are corrected now.
