Modbus Adressen

Hallo Zusammen,
gibt es die Möglichkeit im Modbus Slave die Registeradressen festzulegen,
z.B. alle Inputs ab Adresse 1000 und alle Outputs ab Adresse 2000?
Bei manchen Slaves ist das in der Art organisiert.

No, AvrCo MODBUS registers address range can not start with arbitrary number. This feature is a must a master, but not for a slave. Masters always adapt to published slave address range, not the other way around. The specification does not request this feature, but it also does not forbid it. In my experience there was only a problem when you have such slave device but you do not have it's documentation so you have to guess the registers address range. Therefore such feature was not implemented.
