Hello,
I would like to know how is working pipe process and if an access time to pipe pipesend() or piperecv() is depending of pipe size or not....in other terms, when reading or writing pipe, are all pipe datas to be moved one rank by program ? in this case, pipe size could impact read access time...

Thanks for help Vincent

Hello Vincent,

the Pipe size has very less impact on read or write time.
A pipe is a circular buffer and is operated with pointers.
