One of our users is programming a Tiny412 UPDI chip. He could not get the E-Lab programmer to work so he is using an ATMEL ICE.
The problem is that the programmer expects the EEP (eeprom hex file) to start at zero, but the Tiny412 chip EEPROM starts at $1400 and this is reflected in the HEX file.
Now obviously I can adjust the EEP file generator to start at zero, but the question is whether that is the right thing to do. Does the ISP3-X also expect the EEP file to start at zero?
If it does, then I can go ahead with the change but if not we will need to find another solution.
Note that changing the dsc file does not work, because that would generate the wrong code.
