How to get in contact with E-lab

dear E-lab company

I would like to buy UPPX2 already for a long period.

But emails do not arrive (did already sent 10 times emails). Never a telephone is picked up.

Can anyone from E-lab call me ? Or take the initiative to sent an email to me ?

Or maybe E-lab does not want to sell any hardware anymore ? Anyway worst company ever ...

Was die Ursache dieser Lieferverzögerung bzw. nicht reagieren ist weiß ich nicht.
Bei Harry hat es doch geklappt mit einem neuen Programmer.
Bin froh, daß meiner funktioniert.
Hoffe, daß er noch lange hält.

Are we talking a different language ?

The problem is that we cannot get into contact with anyone from E-lab (no contact by email, you are also not responding on my emails so it means you do not receive them). So we even do not know if you have received our orders. Can you check an confirm that you received our orders for 8 pcs of the UPP2-X PORTABLE ISP PROGRAMMER ?

Das Problem ist wie LL1 meint. Das von E-LAB keine Mail beantwortet wird oder per Telefon nie jemand erreichbar ist.
Ich hatte selbst meine Bestellung für mich storniert. Danach ist aus heiterem Himmel eine Bestellbestätigung gekommen. (Siehe Auszug)

The problem is as LL1 says. That from E-LAB no mail is answered or by phone never someone is available.
I myself had canceled my order for me. After that an order confirmation came out of the blue.(See below)

I have nothing against justified delays BUT if simply no communication is possible (by mail or phone), it is just troublesome.
Therefore a request to Rolf. Check the mails (correct settings, etc. ... ) and the phone connection at E-lab. If you also specify 8-10 days as delivery time by mail and confirmation please also keep.
The goods have been paid for so now I am waiting for a reply from E-Lab about the status of the delivery!!!!

Hello Lukas,

Were you able to contact E-lab ? I only receive once an email as a sign of life from Petra Geier, but since then she has disappeared and does not react anymore already for months.

I do not know how E-lab works, but this is my worst experience ever with a supplier. As a customer you have no possibility to get in contact, via email or phone. And here on the forum you also do not get any help from people like Rolf, very active in the virtual world on the forum but no help in the real world when you try to buy some hardware from E-lab computers.
