Hallo Merlin,

das Update von 5.11.09 auf 5.11.11 funktioniert nicht. Bei jedem Start des PED32new wird immer wieder das Update 5.11.11 angezeigt, geladen, installiert. Es wird auch immer noch 5.11.09 angezeigt.

Harry, Everything looks OK as far as I can see.

Are you using the new PED to download?

As an experiment, could you try downloading and installing from the download pagehere?

Unfortunately I have already updated on my machine so I cannot try myself without uninstalling.

also with me only the update 5.11.09 is installed.
It's a bit confusing. the install file 5.11 is called AVRinst4.exe ?
The old PED is active there.

auch bei mir wird nur das update 5.11.09 installiert.
Es ist etwas verwirrend. die Installdatei 5.11 heisst AVRinst4.exe ?
Da ist die alte PED aktiv.

I installed the compiler on a new PC. Then the new PED will be used. The update is always the 5.11.09

ich habe den compiler auf einem neuen PC installiert. Dann wird doch der neue PED genutzt. Das update ist aber immer die 5.11.09

I agree, but it is the file name that the PED looks for - not my choice

But the 5.11.09 issue is very confusing. What did the release-news file say?

after the update the old ped is active. release news shows 5.11.09 from 30.3.2022
but I can select the ped

nach dem update ist der alte ped aktiv. release news zeigt 5.11.09 vom 30.3.2022
aber den ped kann ich ja auswählen

Hallo Merlin,

alter PED, neuer PED, manueller Donwload & Installation --> immer noch 5.11.09

Muß das so sein (siehe Bilder)? Modify? Und im Bild _02 steht nichts drin.
