I have recently downloaded AVRCO but need to purchase an ISP3 or upgrade the ISP3 programmer
I own to use as debugger hardware. In E-Lab computer Petra Geir says to consult Merlin in the forum.

Hi Jose.

Really the person you need to contact is Miparo - he is the expert. But in the download (assuming that you did a full download) there are the latest firmware drivers. How to update (unless you have a very old device is described on page 39 onwards of the ISP_en3.pdf manual located in AVRCoDOC_EN or ISP3_de in AVRCoDOC_DE
